About us
Guiding Growth is a centre for kids with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays. At Guiding Growth we strive to create opportunities for each and every child to develop and flourish. We cater for the individualised needs of each child by creating intervention programs based off their specific areas of challenges and strengths.
Meet the founder
My name is Emma Bailey and my passion lies in making a difference in children's lives and future. Through my experience in the education and special education field I have realised that each child is unique and there is no "one size fits all" to learning and development, especially when it comes to children on the spectrum. Guiding Growth is where I channel my passion into empowering the incredible children that I work with. Seeing these children flourish and achieve important milestones is what fuels my drive and in turn Guiding Growth as a whole.
